Core, Robust and Premium events are limited to 600 attendees per day. Scale events are limited by the tier that is being paid for.
Yes, our on-site support service is designed to make sure your high value events are a success. We can manage check-in at the venue, deploy iBeacons for localisation, do last minute changes, help you with delivering push notifications and live polls and help attendees with any questions they might have about the app.
Single events and yearly plans can be paid either via credit card or bank transfer. For enterprise contracts we offer purchase order based invoicing and compliance with any vendor platforms.
If during the contract period, either the event limit or attendee limits are reached, we will contact you in order to assess your event program roadmap and find a plan that fits your needs.
