A dedicated event specialist acts as an extension to your team, working remotely with your team before, during and after each event, in all matters regarding Eventfuel. This includes building and managing all your event content such as the agenda, speaker profiles, survey and more.
Live support is included in all our services and means we will help you in using the tool before, during and after each event, by answering any questions you might have and providing the guidance you need for running a succesful event.
Internal, External and Flagship events are limited to 600 attendees per day. Customers paying for a Scale pricing tier are limited to the number of daily attendees that their tier allows.
Yes, our on-site support service is designed to make sure your high value events are a success. We can manage check-in at the venue, deploy iBeacons for localisation, do last minute changes, help you with delivering push notifications and live polls and help attendees with any questions they might have about the app.
Single events and yearly plans can be paid either via credit card or bank transfer. For enterprise contracts we offer purchase order based invoicing and compliance with any vendor platforms.
If during the contract period, either the event limit or attendee limits are reached, we will contact you in order to assess your event program roadmap and find a plan that fits your needs.
No, attendees can access your event from the non-branded app available in the AppStore and Google Play.
